SAFETY:
Kawa Events LLC will not be liable relating to injuries or illness that may occur during bookings. I am voluntarily participating in this activity. I am participating in this activity entirely at my own risk. I understand that injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others negligence. I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against “Kawa Events LLC” for personal injury or property damage. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs inquired as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance and that Kawa Events LLC is not reliable at any time.

 

We prioritize the meticulous cleaning and maintenance of our furniture and decor items. We kindly request that you utilize these items exclusively for their intended purpose and handle them with care. By using the provided items as intended, you contribute to their longevity and ensure that they remain in pristine condition for future guests to enjoy. We appreciate your cooperation in preserving the quality and appearance of our furnishings. 

After your event concludes, we'll take care of everything, efficiently cleaning up and collecting our equipment. We ask our guests to clean up the food and beverage leftovers and failure may result in collecting the security deposit. 


LATE ARRIVALS:
We will wait until you arrive to your picnic, but this will cut into your own picnic time. If you wish to add more time while you are at the event, simply contact us and we will be happy to add extra time depending on availability. Additional cost for each hour will apply depending on amount of guests.



LOCATION:
The selection of a location for the picnic and the acquisition of any necessary permits, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. The company does not assume liability or responsibility for the customer's choice of location or any associated permits. It is the customer's duty to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, rules, and permissions pertaining to the chosen 

location.

 

WEATHER:
We understand that weather conditions can greatly impact the enjoyment of your picnic experience. Therefore, we have established guidelines to address such situations. If rain or adverse weather is anticipated on the day of your reservation, we will make every effort to accommodate a dry picnic. This may involve relocating the setup to an indoor or covered area, or any other location of your choice, rescheduling your picnic to another available day or time that suits your convenience and our availability. 

 

It's important to note that refunds of 25% deposit will not be issued for weather-related changes or cancellations. 


FOOD:
Please be aware that our picnic set-up services do not include the provision of food. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages to enjoy during the picnic. Our focus is on providing the necessary equipment, setup, and ambiance to create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for you to relish your self-provided culinary delights. 


ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Please note that decorations, equipment, flower arrangement or customized accessories may slightly differ from the photos on our website or any other social media. 


DAMAGES:
In the event of any damage or loss to the provided items, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damaged or missing item, along with any associated fees. We kindly request your cooperation in treating the items with care and returning them in the same condition as they were received. Additionally, to prevent any potential issues, we ask that you do not leave our equipment unattended before the end of your booked time. Failure to do so may result in collecting the security deposit along with additional fees depending on the damage. 



PHOTOS & VIDEOS:
By consenting to have photos taken during the picnic set-up services, you grant us permission to feature these photos on our social media accounts and in any future promotional materials. Please note that all photos taken will be the exclusive property of Kawa Events LLC, and we reserve the right to utilize them at our discretion. Your participation in the picnic set-up services implies your agreement to this arrangement.

 

PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS POLICIES:

You have to pay 25% down payment and $100 refundable security deposit. Changes and cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance will be issued a full refund. We charge the rest of amount 7 days before your booked event, that will not be refunded if you cancel the event after the full payment, we will refund you only $100 security deposit. We will not refund the 25% down payment, if you cancel the event in less than two weeks before paying the remaining balance.  

Any changes to your event has to be discussed with us and we will try to accommodate your request. 

Cancellations made by Kawa Events will be fully refunded.

By booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions. 

 

PRICING/PACKAGES:
Please be advised that we retain the right to update pricing and make changes to our website at any time. This includes modifications to pricing, packages, and any other relevant information. We strive to keep our website accurate and up to date, and while we make every effort to notify customers of any changes, it is recommended to regularly check the website for the most current pricing and package details.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

At Kawa Events, we require a $100 security deposit to be paid at the time of event payment. This deposit serves as a safeguard against damages or stolen items from our inventory. If no such incidents occur, the security deposit will be promptly refunded within one week after the event. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the deposit to reflect in your account.
