That's why Kawa Events takes care of everything – from romantic proposals to unforgettable birthday bashes. We create stunning experiences that let you focus on what matters most: connecting with loved ones and making memories that last.
We are not only focusing on creating beautiful moments, but also to do it mindfully. That's why you won't find plastic dinnerware, balloons, or fake petals at our events on public places.
2. Secure your spot
Once you book a package (prices listed above), our team will reach out to discuss any special requests you might have,such as extending the time, adding quests or add-ons, or creating a custom theme. We'll then send you a personalized invoice reflecting your final price.
To secure your booking, a 25% deposit and $100 refundable security deposit is required. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days before your event.
3. Enjoy the moment
Our dedicated team arrives 2-3 hours before your event start time to ensure everything is perfectly set up for your arrival.Once your booked time concludes, we'll take care of the cleanup and equipment removal, leaving you free to cherish the memories.
